We gladly accept returns/exchanges and cancellations

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective (pictures will be required), we can't accept returns/exchanges for:
  • Custom or personalized orders


Conditions of return/exchange

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If conducting an exchange, buyers are responsible for both postage fees; returning the old item postage and shipping postage for the new item.

"My item is says it was delivered but I don't have it."

If this rare occasion occurs we ask you first check to make sure you put the correct shipping address on your order. If you did, we ask you speak to your local post office or neighbors as it is not uncommon for package to be dropped off next door. 

"I put the wrong address on my order."

We are happy to change a shipping address for you! However, it MUST BE BEFORE THE ITEM HAS SHIPPED. To update a shipping address please send us a message on our social media platforms or email us at route32designs@gmail.com.

We are NOT responsible for packages missing due to the wrong address put on your order form. PLEASE double check all information before order is placed. A new item will not be sent, refunded, or replaced due to incorrect information given on an order form.
